XAMA light conveyor belts mainly include thermoplastic polyurethane
elastomer (TPU) conveyor belt, thermoplastic polyester elastomer
(TPEE) conveyor belt, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) conveyor belt,
polyethylene (PE) conveyor belt. The main structure of light
conveyor belt includes: fabric layer, coating layer, and surface
pattern structure.
The fabric layer is woven from warp and weft yarns and is the skeleton of the lightweight conveyor belt. The combination of warp and weft determines the turning radius, lateral stability, elongation, noise resistance and burr resistance of the cloth. Common materials are polyester, cotton, linen, nylon, aramid and carbon fiber.
The coating material is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), polyethylene (PE), thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) or silicone rubber (Silicone Rubber). The hardness and thickness of the material are mainly determined by the application.
