Xylanase SQzyme XSP

SQzyme XSP is a high concentrated powder xylanase enzyme made by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology.
SQzyme XSP degrades -1,4-xylosidase from xylan molecule and hydrolysate to be xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. It is broadly used in industries of animal feed, brewery, distillery, paper and pulp and ect..

Definition of unit
One unit (U) of SQzyme XSP (Xylanase Powder) is defined as the enzyme needed to release 1mol reducing sugar from 5mg/ml xylan solution at pH 5.5 and 37℃.
Function condition
Working at pH 2.5-7.0, optimum 5.0-5.5;
Working temperature 35-70℃,favorable 55-60℃.
Function principle
SQzyme XSP degrades the linear polysaccharide beta-1,4-xylan into xylose, thus breaks down hemicellulose, a major component of plant cell walls.
Application
In feed industry
Degrade antinutritional factor-xylan and decrease feed viscosity, enhance the contact between nutrient and digesting enzymes, increase the nutrient digesting and utilizing rate;
Break the plant cell wall, release nutrients and improve feed utilization;
Prevent diarrhea by promoting the growth of beneficial bacterium and suppressing breed of pathogen in enteric canal of animal, raise immunity;
Optimize the proportion of coarse and concentrated materials, enlarge alternative raw materials;
Decrease the dejecta viscosity, reduce the dirty eggs and improve the egg quality;
Accelerate the nitrogen and phosphor absorption, promoting economic efficiency and phase down environmental pollution.
In beer brewing industry
Degrade xylan and pentosan from barley or cereal efficaciously, reducing wort viscosity;
Accelerate enzymes’ hydrolytic action and malt filtering rate, increasing sugar yield;
Efficaciously improve the quality of the beer and avoid turbid product;
Especially good for wheat beer or wheat used as auxiliary materials in brewing beer technology.
In bakery industry
Improve the size of bread and steam bread;
Improve the interior form of bread and steam bread;
Improve the appearance of bread and steam bread.
Dosage recommendation
20-60g of SQzyme XSP per ton of feedstuff or related material; or add according to the formulations of various ingredients.

Storage & Shelf Life:
SQzyme XSP should be stored under dry and cool condition to maintain maximum activity retention.
At room temperature under 25℃, enzyme activity remains more than 95% after 12 months of the production date.
