Steel Strip Corrugated Hdpe Drainage Pipe uses PE resin as its basic body and the corrugated steel bands
coated with adhesive resin as its main supportive structure, and
then compounds the straight-inner- walled metal reinforced spiral
corrugated pipe together with inner and outer layer of PE.
Its quality is assured, and meets and even surpasses the relative
requirements.
Product features
Strong chemical resistance: HDPE molecules have no polarity and
therefore the stability of the fittings is excellent with strong
resistance to chemical erosion.
Strong exterior force resistance: The appearance of spiral
corrugated structure of the pipe has its flexibility and strong
restorability so that the product is not easy to crack when
stretched and squeezed in bad geological environment like
earthquake and swamp.
Strong low-temperature resistance: Steel Strip Corrugated Hdpe Drainage Pipe would not crack and leak under freezing level in the environment of
the temperature at -60C.
Excellent anti-abrasion performance: Steel Strip Corrugated Hdpe Drainage Pipe has low friction coefficient and small resistance so that it can
convey medium, water drainage and sewage fast.
Environment protection: PE is non-toxic and has no chemical effects
and no heavy metal additives. It uses recyclable materials,

Nominal ring stiffnesses in high grade: Its ring stiffnesses can be
as high as SN8, SN12.5 and SN16.
Strong chemical erosion resistance and long life span:
Special materials and techniques are used to solve not only the
problem of steel board erosion resistance but also the problem of
adhesiveness of the steel board and PE, making the life span of the
pipe the same as that of pure plastic pipes. The product could have
a lifespan of over 50 years when used under normal conditions, thus
significantly lowering the expenses generated in maintenance and
replacement.
