Application

XPG-600 8-20 Fans Rubber Sheet Film Batch off Cooling Cooler Machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder. It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.

Features:

1. There are two structures types: Overhead and floor-standing types.

2. The clients can choose high or low disposition according to the practical requirements.

3. The high disposition batch-off line has hydraulic auto wig wag section, which can battle the rubber strip tidily, the strip tidy ratio (< =100mm);

4. There are three working positions for auto entering and outputting of material tray.

5. Auto rubber collecting device; Auto cutter device; It has high automatization and can realize unattended operation.

1.1Machine application: The rubber sheet from the Calendar or Twin Screw Extruding
Sheeter, soaked, cooled, dryed etc.
1.2Machine using condition: highest temperature 40°C, lowest temperature 5°C, highest relative humidity 95%.
1.3Power: AC380/220,50Hz, cooling water pressure: 0.4MPa, cooling pressure 0.7~0.8MPa

1. Take in device:

Used to take pressure in film, according to cylinder controlled by fluctuation, operation convenience. Taking in speed can be controlled by manual, it can be ascension. Take device adopts conveyor, the transmission system adopts frequency governor to control.

2. Soak device:

Equipped with triplet, manual rotary valve and pressure cylinder, adjust pressed roll according to cylinder control through the manual rotary valve, in order to Make discontinuous film compressed together and the film continuous a slice.

3. Leaching plasma device:

Function: Take over the film conveying equipment undertakes immersing, and carry on isolation agent. Equipped with cooling water pipe, through the cooling water source, continuous cooling liquid isolation, in order to control the temperature.

4. Take up device:

This device through the conveyor belt with isolation liquid film will be conveyed to the air cooling section gripping.

5. Wind cooling device:

Constitute: It is made of frame, cooling fans, hook rail and hang lever conveyor. Cooling fan selection adopts 20 axial fan, satisfy the requirements of film cooling; Hang lever are installed on the taper pin, film in hang lever.

6. Conveying laminated device:

Will the film into laminated measures, continuous fold in film seat.

7. Air control part:

Take-in control, each cylinder pressure and in the action, control system adopts reliable performance with high quality products.

8. Electrical control system:

(1) All the wires controlled by PLC, it easy for operation, reliable quality.

(2) The speed of production line can be through the inverter adjustment, make the film cooling line speed and host match.
