4 Machine Feature:
l Mechanical adjustment;Without changing the packaging collation,but only change the bottle bottle size,it costs about 20 minutes;Without changing bottle size but need change the packaging collation, it will not cost more than 10 minutes.
l Divide bottles and group;Using straight-line’s way to divide bottles,and grouping bottles by the number of packages required,it uses serve motor control,accurate positioning,debugging simple and reliable.
l Hold bottle with wrapper film; Each group movement distance of the bottle controlled by the hold bottle bar,synchronized with pick film,and pushes the bottles to the mantle section of the belt;the device of push bottle bar and pick film bar are equipped with a torque limiter,when fall bottle and clip bottle,the machine will be safety automatic stop,after solve the fault ,please turn the limiter hand wheel to reset machine.
l Mechanical drive:The machine transmission driven by servo motor,it adopt synchronous belt and chain transmission combination form,the position of the chain transmission and lubrication device are added have a shield, to ensure staff safety and environment clean.
