Since the early days of the biotechnology revolution, the industry has faced numerous challenges as it has grown. This collection of reports chronicles the growth and development of the industry as it happened.
Included in this DVD is “Biotech 2011-Life Sciences: Looking Back to See Ahead,” Burrill & Company's 25th annual report on the biotech industry, which addresses:
• How pharmaceutical companies are reinventing themselves to address their pipeline problems and the competition from generics
• New strategies investors are pursuing to improve their returns
• How the convergence of wireless, mobile, and Internet technologies is making personalized medicine a reality
• The global interplay between science, business, regulatory, reimbursement, politics, and policy
Comprehensive, unparalleled coverage of key trends makes “Looking Back to See Ahead” a critical resource for senior executives, as well as business development, sales, investment, legal, economic development, and other professionals who support the industry and compete in a fast-moving world.
