Dave Raksin

Dave Raksin has experience in strategic partnering and licensing transactions, equity research and corporate finance. Prior to joining Burrill & Company in 2008, he was Director of Business Development at preclinical oncology antibody development company CFD Therapeutics, Inc., a spin-out of molecular diagnostics company diaDexus, Inc., where he had previously worked in Business Development. Prior to CFD, Mr. Raksin was an Associate on the specialty pharmaceuticals equity research team at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he helped cover 15+ publicly traded companies. Earlier, Mr. Raksin was an Associate with the PrudentialVector Healthcare group corporate finance team, where he worked on a variety of financings and acquisitions for life sciences and healthcare services companies.Mr. Raksin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences.
