Equipment brief
(1) The product ability of this project is determined 150kg/h
according to the
investment scale and the current technique condition.
(2) The working lines mainly are divided as follows: the section of
pulp & paper

making, the section of coating pulp making, the section of coating,
drying cutting.
(3) The raw material that used to process paper-based in this
technique are
tobacco particle, stem and the stem prod in cigarette machine
working process. Its
weight can account for 45% ~70% of whole formulation. In bar of
preventing this
part of material from mildew at shelf life, its humidity should
control below 13%.
The raw material of processing coated slurry are tobacco power that
the diameter is
below 3mm and have been griddled in the course of manufacturing
silk thread,
tobacco particle and substandard leaves that produces in the
process of bend. The
weight of this part of raw materials accounts for 50% of
prescription or so, humidity
is below 13% of the prescription.
(4) The electrical controlling equipment will choose the import key
parts and
domestic parts together to improve the on-line controlling means.
By this way, the
materials flux, the speed regulating, humidity, temperature can all
be met the
technology request, so the product quality can be heightened.
