1. Description:

PID and SSR Control Method Thermal Shock Testing Chamber is used to test the bearing extent of the material structures and composite material in an instant and continuous high temperature and extremely low temperature environment , that is in the shortest time to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical change or physical harm. Application objects, including metal, plastic, rubber, electronics ... and other materials can be used as a basis to improve their products or reference.

2. Features:

Refrigeration system:

1. The refrigerating unit adopts French taikang compressor, and USES American dupont environmental refrigerant (R404a), and adopts dual cryogenic circuit system design, which is convenient to use different compressors for work in different temperature domains, so as to increase the equipment.

2. The temperature and humidity control adopts P.I.D. + S.S.R system to coordinate with the channel, with the function of automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity changing conditions, making the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.

3. Imported controller is adopted for temperature and humidity. The relative temperature and humidity performance is set and displayed accurately, and the resolution reaches 0.1℃

Control system (control system with two slots) :

1. Adopt imported LCD programmable temperature controller or imported temperature and humidity control instrument and temperature and humidity control table;

2. Intelligent digital display PID microcomputer temperature control instrument;

3, film type button, touch type setting, digital and direct display, humidity direct display percentage, temperature sensor using PT100/ platinum resistance tester.

4. The temperature is controlled by thermal balance.

5, with imported LCD programmable temperature controller can do the program test, can have many groups of multi-stage programming operation, fixed value and program optional, arbitrary time setting function.

6. The temperature is directly displayed in the temperature and humidity comparison table. The humidity is set according to the parameters of the temperature and humidity comparison table.

7, the main electrical components of the equipment such as circuit breakers, ac contactors, small relays are "schneider" brand, other electrical accessories with domestic well-known brands.

8, convenient data processing: can be connected to a printer or 232 communication interface, with USB data transfer interface (U disk), computer display, and print temperature, humidity and time curve, for the test process data storage and playback to provide a strong guarantee.
