1 External Inspection

Strict external inspection for all the incoming parts and every detail will be recorded.

• 1. Packing inspection, to check whether all the packages are in good condition and meet MSL standard.
• 2. Manufacturer, quantity, date code and RoHs standard test.
• 3. External Inspection, pins, marking inspection. comparing it with original factory specifications and documentation.
• 4. HS CODE inspection ,to check whether it is in accordance with the invoice/packing list.

2 Engineers Test

Further test will be taken for suspicious part in external inspection.

• 1. Acetone test.
• 2. Electrical test under 25℃

3 Quality Test

After the engineers test ,we will do further professional tests after confirming with suppliers
