1.Introduction

This series welder uses integrated design and features compact and beautiful appearance, high output power, stable energy, good light beam mode, simple operation, reliable performance and wide application. It uses ceramic converging cavity technology imported from the Britain, as well as unique light beam mode selection and truing technology, ensuring high output power and good light beam mode, double-pulse xenon lamp excitation, constant current laser power supply, programmable pulse and intelligent system management, as well as automatic protection of misoperation and overtemperature. PLC programmable controller or industrial PC control, and automatic moving platform in X/Y axis are provided. Semiconductor red light indication positioning is provided to move manually upwards and downwards to focus and rotate the incidence angle of the laser.

2.Product Feature

♦Full account has given to the detailed design on the various parameters for mass production: the key parameters are adjustable and data display close-looped.

♦The improvement of welding efficiency: for 0.2-0.3mm thickness aluminum battery, the machine works at speed of 15-17.5mm/s.For 053450 long side, it achieves a capacity of 500-700 per hour. Steel welding speed can be 30mm/s or more.

♦The improvement of welding capacity: or 0.4-0.7mm thickness aluminum shell power battery, the machine works at a welding speed of 8-12mm/s.Penetration is deeper than 0.5mm, the maximum welding thickness can be 1.5mm.

♦The improvement of functions: With three-axis movement, the welding space can be adjusted easily.
