Description:
1.The main extrusion machine adopts special-designed screw, barrel,
mould. Equipped with the auxiliary machinery, it could produce the
PP ,PE ,PVC, Wood-Plastic products. It's a new
environment-protecting product, which combines the wood powder and
plastic powder at a certain percent. After the high temperature and
mould extruding, the wood and plastic composites and becomes the
final products.
2.This production line consist of twin screw extruder, vacuum
shaping table, drawing machine, plastic cutter and pilling frame,
and also coordinated with different profile break-section and mould
to produce PVC door and window profiles, foamed special shaped
materials, decoration panel material, profile and multi-hole wire
plastic products etc.
3.1) Extruder adopts cast-aluminum heating circles, high quality
thermo-controllers, air blowers for cooling, AC/DC inverter and
screw core oil circulation cooling.
2) Calibrating tables adopts special cooling system, which can
guarantee the effective cooling.
3) Haul off machine adopts special lifting technology, which works
stably with powerful hauling force.
4) Cutting machine works together with extrusion line
synchronously, installed with length-setting unit, which can
guarantee high speed cutting, uniform length of cutting.
