The feature of disc axle
1.Disc brake axle has far superior fade performance,when compared
to drum brakes. The disc brake axle is also more sensitive and
reacts quicker,resulting in a shorter braking diatance.
2.There are fewer component parts to service on the disc brake.
3.There is no greasing required on the brake axle, unlike
conventonal drum brakes which require ragular lubrication of the
camshaft bushes and slack adjusters.
4.Disc brake have automatic adjustment.
The advantages of axle in HUAJING
1,HUAJING axle spindle, which is processed by digital controlled
lathe, is made of alloy material. The bearing position is processed
by the method of hardening operation, therefore, the bearing can be
fixed by hand instead of heating, also convenient for maintain and
fixing;

non-pollution, and long using life. For easy checking and replacing
, it also comes with the position of the exhausting to remind
customer to check and maintain;

equipment, complied with the international standard, which can be
exchanged with the original BPW spare parts;

and special heat treatment, which has great over loading capacity
