Description:

Automotive cable is made with either PVC or cross-lined insulation. The biggest difference between the

two automotive wire options temperature range. Cross-linked automotive wire can withstand much higher

temperatures than PVC automotive wire.

PVC Battery Cable SGT-Type SGT battery cable may be used in starter or battery ground circuits

in accordance with SAE J-1127. It has a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C.

Type SGT cable may be manufactured to meet Ford and Chrysler specifications.
