Description:

Automotive cable is made with either PVC or cross-lined insulation. The biggest difference between the

two automotive wire options temperature range. Cross-linked automotive wire can withstand much higher

temperatures than PVC automotive wire.

STX-Type STX cable can be used in starter and battery ground circuit applications with high

temperatures, tight spaces, and where aging and abrasion resistance are necessary.

STX battery cable meets SAE J1127 and RVIA specifications. It has a recommended temperature

range of -40°C to 125°C.
