Description

This state-of-the-art linear foaming line features a robust, modular design. The mould frame, constructed from heavy-duty alloy steel, provides a stable foundation capable of withstanding high-pressure foaming operations. The automatic injection system utilizes a servo-driven metering pump to deliver foaming agents with an accuracy of ±0.2%, ensuring consistent foam density. The water circulation temperature control system, with a precision of ±1°C, maintains optimal foaming temperatures, preventing premature curing or uneven expansion. The hydraulic system powers the clamping and mold-locking mechanisms, applying up to 50 tons of pressure to secure the cabinet in place. An intelligent safety exhaust system monitors and releases excess pressure within milliseconds, safeguarding the production environment. The electrical control system, equipped with a touch-screen interface, allows operators to adjust parameters in real-time and monitor the entire production process.​
