1. Specially produces 3-5 gallons barreled drinking water
2.100 type, 150 types, 200 type, 300 type, 450 type, 600 type, 900
type, 1200 type.
3. Integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one unit (3-IN-1)
4. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing. The
washing machine uses multi-washing liquid spray and-thimerosal
spray. This thimerosal can be used circularly.
5. The capping machine can cap barrel caps automatically. This line
equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps
sterile and clean.
6. It also can automatically carry out barrel, washing,
sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging,
with complete function, modern design and high degree of
automation.
7. It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line, which
integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies
together.

Specification
- The operation procedures of Microcomputer Auto Bottle Washer and
Filler is from the bottle entering - disinfectant washing - tap
water washing- bottle dropping down - bottle seated on the bottle
erecting - pure water filling - cap-aligning- capping - output of
filled bottle. All of them are controlled by PLC with the functions
of automatic finish, precise orientation, little manpower and low
working intensity. The complete set of equipment is manufactured by
high-strength stainless steel materials and stainless plate steel
with precise argon arc, little distortion and fair welding veins.
The conveying component structures with stainless steel to assure
normal running of the device under various conditions. Nonmetallic
components are manufactured elaborately by wearable materials, such
as nontoxic PP plastic, etc. In order to make the performance of
the device more stable, most of conveying electromotor and booster
pump are those products for exportation and electrical components
manufactured elaborately by imported series of products or name
brand series of products at home.
