5L bottle filling machine

BXGF series filling machine is special designed for 3L.5L, 7L and 10L water bottles. It is combined rinsing, filling and capping function in one unit. This machine is suitable for filling mineral water, pure water, drinking water and other non-carbonated beverage. It is very convenient to change bottle size by means of advanced bottle conveying technology--bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology.
Machine features

1. We adopt gripe bottle neck technology simplify process of bottle-size-change, just need to change arc board, starboard or other nylon pieces.
2. Specially-designed rinser grippers are made of stainless steel which are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to keep away of second pollution.
3. High speed and high flux gravity filing machine valve, insure high speed filing and accurate liquid level with no liquid waste.
4. Sport board of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. Only need to change height of conveyer, ten minutes is ok.
