Description of pvc window profile making machine:
1.YF series pvc profile extruder machine main used to production
pvc window door profile products, wide door board, window sill
etc.This profile machine can according different profile section
and mould to adopt different parrel or conical twin screw extruder,
and equipped with different vacuum sizing table,tractor, cutter,
stacker and other auxialiry machine to production different
products.
2.The main machine extrusion capacity can up to 60kg/h to 700kg/h.
The traction machine adopt our unique lift and down techique, it is
running stable, has high traction force.
3.Vacuum sizing table adopt special enlarge cooling system, easy
cooling, to meet the requirement of high extrusion.The moving speed
of the cutting machine is in synchronic with the pulling speed,all
adopt plc controll, it has reasonable design, running stable,
automatic fixed length cutting.
4.According to different mould, sizing table can choose 4 meters, 6
meters, 8 meters, 11meters and other specification.Equipped with parrel twin screw extruder, especially suitable for
production profile products.
