1. Returning:
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Return Authorization: Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. Unannounced returns
will not be processed, and any costs incurred will not be covered
by LINK-PP.
- Condition of Parts: Returned parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and
appear brand new with no obvious physical damage.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with
the return.
2. Warranty:
- Coverage: All LINK-PP purchases include a 30-day money-back return policy
and a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly,
failure to follow instructions, product modifications, or
negligent/improper operation by the customer.
