Common Errors and Solutions

◆If the LED tube light can not be lighten up，please make sure the power is connected well and switch is on

• If the LED tube light lighting on and off, please make sure the power is connected firmly .

Packing, transportation, storage

◆Put on product name, part number, manufacturer logo, QC testing certificate etc on the package along with datasheet.

◆Suitable for vehicle, boat, airplane shipping, please cover the goods to protect from the sunburn, upload and download the goods carefully during transportation;

• Store in the package if product not being used. Storing temperature is -20℃～+45℃，relative humidity is 0%－95%. Make sure far away from harmful gas, combustible, explosive goods and corrosive chemicals. Package should keep at least 20cm from the ground and 50cm from wall, heat source, window or air entrance.
