Application and Features:

Hot air fluidized Cut stem drier is designed for cut stem expansion and drying, it combine with steam jet conditioning machine be used in Pilot cut-stem processing line.
The filling power of cut stem can be reached over 6cm³/g.
Cut stem is fluidized by Hot air during expanding and drying, whole process just needs 6 seconds.
The cut stem moisture content is adjustable.
Build in Cut-stem pneumatic classifier for separate stem slivers conveniently.
Special designed air heating system and structure, energy save.
Minimum space requirement, simple operation and easy maintains.
