DESCRIPTION:

Non-dig integral forged drill pipes are used to transmit drill torque and pullback force during the directional drilling project. The manufacturing process of the pipes is very strict because the pipes must bear twist, pullback, friction and vibration in the course of drilling. We can manufacture the forged pipe (material:J55 or N80) and adapter with the adapter with the specification of ,Φ60,Φ73,Φ89and so on per API Spec 5CT.The material is Seamless steel pipe STM-R80,

The green tubes are upset in both ends seamlessly without welding after laboratory examination. Then, the forged pipes are sent for heat treatment and threading.

Finally, the pipes are plated with nickel-phosphor to enhance the hardness and tightness of the threads surface. The finished pipes will be sent to pass a series of tests such as tests for hardness, metallurgical structure, physical property, ect. before they are covered with paint.
