Couplings are securely packaged on wooden pallets with tight
wrapping/W paper cartons.
During production, we carefully select raw materials that undergo
rigorous mechanical tests such as tensile strength evaluations and
impact tests. Chemical properties control is also conducted. For
specific material grades like C90 or T95, sulfide stress cracking
tests are carried out. We ensure precise size tolerances, including
outer diameter (OD), wall thickness, length, and straightness.
Thread quality is closely monitored, considering threads per inch
and thread angle parameters (premium threaded options undergo even
more stringent checks).
Additionally, we apply heat treatment to enhance the couplings'
mechanical properties. Extra markings required by specifications
are added, and material certification verification is conducted.
