Product Description
The Trunnion Mounted ball valve adopts the advanced spring
preloaded floating valve seat assembly,suitable for
Class150~Class2500 PN16~PN160 pipelines, used to cut off or connect
the medium in the pipeline.

Design Feature
Upstream Seal Two-way Valve
Have two seats on both sides. Each seat has springs loaded and make seat insert contact the ball surface for sealing.
Therefore this type of valve is bi-directional sealing and Installation direction is not restricted.
Fire-Safe Design API 607/API 6FA
In case of accidental fire or abnormal heating that softens and
burns the non-metallic valve seat, it is specially tested.
The broad-seat supported metal sealing surface can prevent internal
leakage under the action of spring load.Meanwhile,
in the middle flange, the upper and lower parts of the adjusting
stem will form metal surface contact, which can also
prevent upper and external leakage.
Stem and Seat Emergency Sealant Injection
The seat ring and the valve stem have a special grease injection
valve. In case of the leakage,
the grease will be injected to the valve ball surface and stem room
to create a temporary sealing.
Double Block and Bleed
The trapped cavity pressure can bleed out by vent fitting or drain
plug when the valve is in
fully open or fully closed position. The fluid is intercepted by
seats of up and down stream
side. So the stem packing or O-ring may be replaced under working
pressure. Each seat works
independently assuring tight seal against ball on both upstream and
downstream side.
