incoloy825 is a whole austenitic Ni-Cr alloy with iron
stabilization treatment, which has good stress corrosion cracking
resistance and resistance to spot and seam corrosion, good
oxidation resistance and non-oxidation thermal acidity, excellent
mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperatures up
to 550°C. It is certified to manufacture pressure vessels when up
to 450°C. It is widely used in various industrial fields where the
temperature does not exceed 550°C. Typical applications are heating
tubes, containers, tubes and chains used in sulfuric acid pickling
factories, seawater cooling heat exchanger, Marine product pipeline
system, acid gas environment pipeline, heat exchanger in phosphoric
acid production, evaporator, washing, impregnation pipe and etc.,
air heat exchanger in petroleum refining, food engineering,
chemical process, flame retardant alloy for high-pressure oxygen
applications.
