Production Introduction
The PVC door and window profile production line can choose
different specifications of conical twin-screw extruders according
to different profile sections and molds, and configure the
corresponding vacuum calibration table, tractor, cutting machine,
stacker and other auxiliary equipment such as PVC hot and cold
mixer,PVC miller and Crusher etc.
The production line is mainly based on various kinds of PVC as raw
materials, extrude raw materials with a twin screw extruder,
equipped with different sizes and shapes of molds, match with a
corresponding calibrating table or cooling tank, hauling machine,
cutting machine, and rack, can produce a variety of different
plastic profiles. We can customize the production line according to
customer samples.
PVC Window Profile Extrusion Machine is bringing in the
international advanced technology. It adopts high-efficiency
conical double-screw extruder to extrude and vacuum form. It can
produce PVC door and window profile, elbowboard, the hanging panel
for outside wall, decoration panel, multi-hole wirethrough pipe and
other profile. It has been widely used in fields of PVC plastic
door and window, construction, decoration, etc.

consists of the control system, conical twin-screw extruder,
calibration unit, haul-off unit, cutter, film covering machine, and
stacked, the extruder is equipped with an advanced AC inverter,
imported temperature controller(RKC/OMRON). the calibration unit's
vacuum pump and haul-off unit's motors are famous brand products.
after a simple changing of the die and screw, it also can produce
the foam profiles.
