Features:
The briquette making machine produces briquettes by recycling materials such as sawdust, crop
straw (corn stalk, soybean stalk, sorghum stalk, cotton stalk, rape
stalk, peanut seedling, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrub
branch, bamboo and wood truncation. After being processed by a
sawdust crusher, the loose material is converted into a hollow rod
when it is placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure zone as a
result of the actions of a screw propeller and a heating ring.
In comparison to traditional materials such as firewood and coal,
the briquettes produced have a higher density, smaller size, and
excellent flammability. Generally, the briquettes are available in
an outer diameter of 50 mm and a hole diameter of 15-20 mm, coming
in a hollow square or hexagonal column shape.

Applications:
The wooden sticks made by the stick making machine have a higher
density and can be used to burn boilers. However, if youare looking
for a wider range of uses, then making charcoal is an option. There
is only one step to make charcoal from the wooden sticks –
carbonization. Carbonization requires the usage of a carbonization
furnace, but you can opt to build an earthen kiln instead if you
don't want to buy a furnace. Charcoal is more expensive than the
market price of the sticks, so it is recommended to make charcoal
if the raw material is sawdust and branches. Conversely, if the raw
material is straw or other sundries, making wooden sticks is
preferred. Charcoal and wooden sticks both have their own uses, and
it ultimately depends on the raw materials and usage of the
customer to determine if it is necessary to make into sticks or
charcoal.
