1, Crushing system: Materials with a diameter of less than 20cm enter the crushing
chamber from the small feed inlet 1 and are crushed by high-speed
rotating hammers. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the
crushed materials are rapidly crushed along the outer edge of the
rotor by continuous impact, strike and rubbing of hammers. The
crushed powder is sent out of the machine through the screen hole
under the centrifugal pressure of the rotor and the suction force
of the fan.
2, Drying system: dries materials by hot air, which is mainly applicable to bulk
materials with high moisture content such as sawdust and rice.
Due to the high moisture content of materials and high output
requirements, in the actual production process, we improved the
previous drying limitations and adopted the method of secondary
drying. The two sets of dryers are overlapped for better drying
effect.
3, Pellet system: The vertical ring die pellet machine is specially used to make
pellets of biomass raw materials.
The pressure wheel rotates to make the material generate
centrifugal force and distribute evenly around it
4, Cooling system: cooling and screening machine is a special equipment for cooling
and sorting particles. It is
suitable for screening all kinds of feed, sawdust particles and

5, Packing system : This machine adopts automatic control of fast, medium and slow three-speed feeding, quantitative, bag clamping and unloading. The
instrument realizes the setting and weight accumulation of control parameters such as fast, medium and
