pellets.
It is widely used in large, medium and small aquaculture, grain and
feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual

Straw or pasture is changed from raw to mature by high temperature

is easy to digest and absorb, and its digestibility is 25% higher

100%, and forage grass is saved. The pellet feed can be stored for
1-3 years, the volume is reduced, the storage space is reduced, the
transportation is very convenient, and it has the characteristics
of fire prevention, which reduces the management cost.
The feed pellet machine is to feed the material into the feed port
and press it through the pressure roller to compact the raw
material into a pellet form. During processing, the raw materials
are first crushed, then mixed in a premix barrel, and then fed into
a granulator. In the granulator, the material is pressed by two
rollers. Since the degree of compaction between the two rollers can
be adjusted, different indicators such as the size, shape, and
density of the granules can be controlled and adjusted, and finally
the granules that meet the feed standard can be produced.
