sawdust enters the granulation mold from top to bottom. Thus the
specific gravity of the sawdust is so light that it can rotate and
be thrown around by the pressure wheel, resulting in an even
pressurization.
2. To fix the machine required during the installation process is
very easy and the machine will run smoothly.
3. A great stability is guaranteed as the vertical ring die
granulator divides the material by the rotation of the pressure
wheel which doesn't cause any heavy material or vibration.
4. The open-upward machine structure allows for better
heat-dissipation and to become equipped with a set of air-cooled
cloth bag for dust removal and automatic refueling.
5. With a strong enlarged shaft and a large cast steel bearing
seat, the operation of the pellet machine is sound and reliable, as
its large bearing doesn't bear any pressure, is not easy to break,
