Work principle:
The biomass pellet machine mainly drives the reducer by the main
motor. The reducer reduces the motor speed through the speed ratio,
and drives the pressure roller to rotate through the connected main
shaft. The periphery of the pressing roller is a ring mold, and
wood chips, straw powder, wood powder and other materials enter the
pressing chamber. The pressure roller extrudes the material from
the small hole of the mold through mechanical extrusion, and pushes
the material out of the working room through the transfer plate.
