Product Description:
The weighing controller consists of two parts, one is the
controller part and the other is the load cell part. The load cell
converts the weight signal into an electrical signal and sends it
to the controller part through the transmission cable, and the
controller part performs calculation and processing to complete the
weighing of the elevator. When the weight in the elevator car
changes, the controller can output multiple sets of relay contact
signals as required, as well as 0~10mA current signal or 0~10V or
-10V~+10V voltage signal. Elevator weighing and starting provide
accurate data.

Applications:
The load cell adopts bridge-type strain gauge sensor and applies
smooth installation technology to ensure long-term stable
operation. The load cell provides a variety of installation
methods, and can be installed on the car bottom of the elevator
with a living car floor, the rope end plate of the elevator, the
wheel shaft of the elevator car top, and the top of the beam of the
elevator car top, etc., and used in conjunction with the
controller.
Packing and Shipping:
Strain Gauge Load Cell is shipped in a strong, corrugated cardboard
box that is lined with bubble wrap for additional protection. The
box is printed with the product's name and a barcode for tracking.
Additionally, a packing slip with the customer's name and address
is included. The box is sealed with packing tape, and a shipping
label is affixed to the outside.
