Gear shaft is a mechanical part that supports rotating parts and rotates with them to transmit motion, torque, or bending moment. It is generally in the shape of metal rods, and each segment can have different diameters. The rotating parts of the machine are mounted on the shaft.

	Sun shaft Gear Sun shaft gears are either cylindrical or rod-shaped with straight teeth that allow them to transmit motion laterally by fitting inside internal devices or gears.
	Helical Gear Helical gears are fast rotating gears capable of supporting heavy loads efficiently and smoothly. They feature teeth inclined towards the axis of the shaft and positioned like a helix, thus the name. Quieter than many other gears, including spur gears, helical gears are popular with applications that feature both radial loads and thrust loads.
	Double helical gear Double helical gears are a type of helical gear that has two helical faces next to each other with a gap between them. The helix angles on each face are identical but opposing. The use of a twin helical gear set lowers thrust loads and allows for even more tooth overlap and smoother operation.

1. Material :
Gunagda has formed more than 10 core technologies in material melting technology and has internationally advanced heat treatment production lines from smelting and forging. 2.Forgings:
Guangda provide different forgings of shaft ,gear blank , ring rolling, rough machining, heat treatment and finish machining. Our annual production capacity is 500,000 tons for various of free-die forgings, ring rollings .Guangda forgings are widely used in high-end equipment manufacturing industries such as new energy wind power, rail transit, mechanical equipment, aerospace, new energy power, gas turbine, Marine petrochemical, semiconductor chip equipment and so on.

3.Castings:
Our business mainly focuses on large casting equipment, and our products mainly include large wind turbine castings, large equipment and equipment castings, large plastic machinery castings, and large shell castings with a total annual capacity of 210,000 tons.
