the cantilever to reverse, and the electric hoist runs on the
cantilever I-beam in a straight line from left to right, and lifts
heavy objects.
Precautions for cantilever crane work
1. When lifting the workpiece, it is not allowed to be too high
from the ground. It should be about half the height of a person.
2. The operator of the cantilever crane should check whether there
are any faults in the switch button and wire rope limit before use.
If there is a problem, it must be repaired in time before use.
After use, the power switch must be turned off before leaving.
3. It is not allowed to overload the lifting, and the lifting of
any workpiece is not allowed to exceed 500kg, otherwise it will be
severely punished according to the violation of the operating
regulations.
4. When lifting any workpiece, try to lift it, the hook must be
vertical, and adjust the hook in time if it is found to be
unbalanced, and it is not allowed to hang it obliquely, and try the
cantilever crane again to keep the workpiece stable before lifting.
5. Concentrate when lifting the workpiece, put your hands on the
operating switch so that you can brake at any time, and do not chat
or eat while lifting to avoid danger.
6. When the cantilever crane is lifting any workpiece, it should
pay attention to the operation status at all times, stop the crane
immediately when abnormal noise and abnormal phenomena occur, and
report it in time for processing. If it is sick, it will be
severely punished according to the violation of the operating
regulations.
7. When not in use, the jib crane should be placed in a place where
it is not allowed to obstruct the running route of other lifting
equipment, and it is not allowed to park at will, otherwise it will
be punished as a violation of operating regulations.
8. Surprise repairs are strictly prohibited when the cantilever
crane is in use.
