Maintenance:
1. Regularly check the steel wire to ensure that there are no
burrs, and apply steel wire oil.
2. Regularly check the waterproof of the crane to avoid internal
water accumulation.
3. Regular functional test to ensure normal function.
4. The hydraulic oil must be guaranteed, use the specified type of
hydraulic oil, and carry out laboratory tests every year to ensure
that the hydraulic oil is within the quality range. If the
hydraulic oil deteriorates and cannot be seen from the outside, it
is manifested in the weakness of the crane, and the longer it is
used, the weaker it becomes.
5. The fan of the crane should be checked regularly, which is to
ensure the cooling of the hydraulic oil.
6. Close the vent after each use to ensure that no water enters in
bad weather.
7. Before using in winter, it should be preheated 15 minutes in
advance without load.
8. Regularly check the brake pads and adjust them as needed to
avoid brake failure.
