Double Main Girder Gantry Crane has strong bearing capacity, large
span, good overall stability and many varieties, but its own
quality is larger than that of the single main girder gantry crane
with the same lifting capacity, and the cost is also higher.
According to the structure of the main girder, it can be divided
into two forms: box girder and truss. Generally, a box-shaped
structure is used.
Double Girder Gantry Crane adopts box-shaped double-girder welded
structure, the model is MG type, generally equipped with main and
auxiliary hooks, such as 50/10T, 32/5T, etc. The box-shaped
double-girder welded structure can increase the working space and
facilitate transportation and installation with maintenance crane.
The electric conduction of the trolley adopts flexible cables, the
trolley adopts the trolley type, and the cable reel type is
optional. It adopts a closed air-conditioning control room and is
equipped with linkage control. It has the advantages of wide
vision, flexible operation, comfortable work and high work
efficiency.
Double Girder Gantry Cranes are suitable for loading and unloading
operations in open-air warehouses, stockyards, railway cargo
stations, and port wharf cargo areas. The working level is A5, the
lifting speed of the main hook is 5.9m/min, the lifting speed of
the auxiliary hook is 13.2m/min, the running speed of the cart is
36 m/min, and the running speed of the trolley is 38.5 m/min.
Double girder gantry crane It can also be equipped with a variety
of special spreaders for some special operations, such as
electromagnetic cranes, grab cranes, etc.

to operate. Fans, heaters, coolers, air conditioners,

requirements.
