Bonded solid wall continuous composite pipe is an updated product of traditional non-metallic pipes. The inner transmission layer, reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer are integrated into a solid wall pipe structure through a special process, which is formed by fusion or bonding between layers and adjacent layers to form a non relative motion integrated composite solid wall structure. The inner transmission layer and outer protective layer are generally formed by extrusion of polymer, while the reinforced layer of bonded composite pipes is usually formed by heating and winding with twisted coated polyester filament, carbon fiber filament, aramid prepreg tape, glass fiber prepreg tape, etc. Thoroughly solved the problems of traditional non bonded flexible composite pipes with high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, large diameter, and non-metallic joint connection.

It is mainly used for various industrial pipelines and municipal pipelines, various gathering and transportation processes and pipe networks (oil, gas, water) of oil and gas fields, fluid transportation of sour oil and gas fields containing CO2, H2S, etc., oilfield sewage transportation, high-pressure water injection, high-pressure alcohol injection, Shale gas transportation, fracturing flowback fluid transportation, salt chemical brine transportation, pulverized coal slurry transportation, mining pipelines, corrosive fluid industrial pipelines, municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, and high-temperature thermal pipelines.
