Product Introduction
The structural feature of the double girder bridge overhead crane
is that the trolley with the lifting and operating mechanism runs
on the bridge frame, and the metal structure is in the form of
box-shaped double main girders. According to the characteristics of
the pick-up device, it is classified into hook, grab,
electromagnetic and multi-purpose bridge cranes, which are mainly
used in frequent material handling stations such as mines,
factories, docks and warehouses. As a heat treatment process
equipment, the quenching crane has the characteristics of
high-speed descent. Metallurgical foundry cranes are suitable for
transporting steel ladles and are essential equipment for the
smelting industry. Using modern technology means, any mechanism of
the crane can be equipped with speed regulation performance. It can
also be equipped with a rotary hook for high-level stacking
operations.
There are two common rail fixing methods for overhead cranes.
1. Welding and fixing method of pressure plate
Pressure plate welding uses electric welding and pressure plate to
fix the track on the load beam. This welding method can ensure that
the track is not loosened and displaced, but it is troublesome to
disassemble or transfer the track. The pressing plate must be cut
off, and it cannot be recycled again. Once the bridge crane is
assembled, it is rarely disassembled, so there are currently many
ways to use pressure plate welding.
2. High-strength bolt fixing method
This way is a way to fix the track on the load-bearing beam by
using the track pressure plate of the bridge crane and
high-strength bolts. High-strength bolts must have washers and
spring pads, otherwise they are easy to loosen. Since this fixing
method is prone to loosening, it is necessary to check and fasten
the bolts frequently.
