Equipment Introduction:

Our PP-R glass fiber reinforced composite pipe production line can produce three-layer composite PP-R glass fiber reinforced pipes from Ø16 to Ø160mm.

PP-R glass fiber pipe is mainly used for cold water and hot water supply. Compared with ordinary PP-R pipes, the finished pipes produced have the advantages of high compressive strength, small high-temperature deformation, and low expansion coefficient, which can completely replace PPR pipes. The pipe cost is 5-10% lower than that of PP-R pipe.

When used to supply hot water, PP-R glass fiber pipe can work at a temperature of up to 95°C, and can work continuously at a temperature of 70°C for 50 years.

At the same time, the three-layer composite mold we designed can independently control the flow channels of the inner and outer layers, and can produce PP-R single-layer pipes or double-layer pipes.

We can also provide single-outlet or double-outlet PP-R glass fiber reinforced composite pipe equipment for selection.

Main Features of the Equipment

Extrusion Machine: The single-screw extruder adopts a slotted barrel and a new type of BM screw, which has high screw speed, output and plasticizing capacity.

Extrusion Die: It adopts spiral split flow head, which has the characteristics of uniform discharge, convenient adjustment, and reduced extrusion welding marks.

Vacuum Setting Device: vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or cooling water tank, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel.

Tractor: Use two-jaw belt-type or rubber crawler-type tractor to meet the production requirements of different pipes.

Cutting Machine: chip-free rotary knife cutting.

Stacking Device: Automatic flap or roller stacking device, small-diameter pipes can be equipped with double-station winders according to customer requirements.

There are a variety of electrical control systems to choose from (such as: PLC automatic control system). The production speed is fast, stable, and the control is simple and easy to operate.
