Product Introduction

PPR Pipe Production Process

Raw material + color masterbatch → mixing →vacuum feeding → raw material drying → single-screw extruder → color line extruder → screw type mold → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum calibrating box → spray cooling water tank → jet printer → Caterpillar tractor → finished product testing and packaging.

The PPR pipe production line is dedicated to the production and manufacture of PP-R pipes. It adopts a high-efficiency single-screw extruder and is equipped with a Siemens brand PLC automatic control system to achieve high output and extrusion stability. At the same time, the production and manufacture of PE-RT and PEXPB pipe lines can be realized by changing the configuration unit. The production line can adopt single-pipe production line or double-pipe production line, which has strong applicability. It can meet the production requirements of various materials and resins
