Description of machine:
Full automatic stick double-sided adhesive machine is designed and
researched by Deshisen CO., Ltd for single sheet water-based
printing of corrugated container, Offset printing color-mounted
corrugated cardboard boxes, cardboard color boxes, etc., affixed
with double-sided tape and easy-to-tear tape simultaneously.
Any type of coding system can be set up on the platform for
variable information printing, and a labeling head can be
optionally installed. Local labeling function can be installed as
well.
This series adopts a more optimized modular design, users can have
more personalized choices, and achieve a multi-purpose design
concept.
This equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical packaging, food
packaging, logistics packaging, gift box packaging and other
fields.

Main structure:
1. folder gluer machine it is composed of main frame and two small
conveyors ;
2. Main frame is composed of lifting work platform,front conveyer
equipment,front gluing equipment,middle conveyer equipment,middle paper
pressing equipment and electrical control equipment.
3. The gluing roller adopts wear-resisting alloy materials, the
binder box adopts nylon and wear resistant materials, both of them
are vulnerable components, so the operating workers have to use
clean water to wash it cleanly
Working principle:
Put the prepared glue into gluer bucket,press each switch
button,when everything is in order,
turn on the switch below gluer bucket,enable the glue successfully
into the head of gluer,
then well remove carton,so one side of the carton can be
well-distributed glue when across bottom of the head gluer while
the other side of carton can be firmly joint together after middle press- roll pressing.
Safety performance:
A: Electrical safety meets the national standard (CE
certification);
B: The exposed transmission parts are covered and marked; There is
an emergency stop button on the remote control, front end of
feeding, rear end of receiving and middle console.
C: In line with the national requirements for energy conservation
and emission reduction, the motor energy efficiency is level 2.
