EOE-O9A silicon controlled rectifier power supply is a high
standard energy-saving power supply product successfully developed
based on the performance of Italian rectifier power supply (in line
with the IEC-146 standard) and special oxidation process
requirements, which is suitable for aluminum alloy architectural
profile anodizing, aluminum alloy pot surface hard oxidation,
aluminum foil formation of electrolytic containers, electrolysis
and other special purpose DC power supply sites.
The main function:
(1) Automatic voltage or current regulation function for PID
adjustment based on output voltage or current deviation;
(2) PLC realizes digital setting of output voltage or current;
(3) Current limiting, voltage limiting, phase loss, overtemperature
and other protections have been set up;
(4) The intelligent operation control screen achieves status
setting, parameter setting, data display, and fault display;
(5) PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) can achieve communication
with upper computer, implement online control and data acquisition
Data collection.
(6) Soft start adjustment function;
(7) Soft descent adjustment function;
(8) The intelligent touch screen has the functions of stable
voltage mode, stable current mode, and area mode operation;
Using criteria:
The EOE-09A series products are suitable for indoor use, and the
normal usage conditions are:
(1) The sea level should not exceed 1000 meters (if it is above
1000 meters, it can be appropriately reduced for use);
(2) Environmental temperature -15~+40 ℃;
(3) The relative humidity of the air is less than 85%;
(4) There are no gases, vapors, chemical deposits, dust, dirt, or
other explosive corrosive media that seriously affect the
insulation of the power supply in the installation site;
(5) The installation site should be free from severe vibration or
turbulence;
(6) The fluctuation of power supply in the power grid shall not
exceed ± 10%.
