Process Overview:

2. Printing: UV printing involves using an inkjet printer that is equipped with UV-curable inks. These inks do not dry through evaporation; instead, they are cured using UV light exposure. The printer deposits the UV inks onto the glass surface according to the design specifications.

3. UV Curing: As the UV inks are deposited onto the glass, they are exposed to UV light, typically through UV LED lamps or UV arc lamps. This exposure triggers a chemical reaction that causes the inks to harden and adhere to the glass.

4. Finalizing and Quality Control: Once the curing process is complete, the printed glass may undergo additional steps for quality control, such as inspections for color accuracy and overall print quality.
