The main function of the Metal cut to length line is to pass the
metal coil through automatic hydraulic unwinding, leveling, pit
storage buffer, clamping device, NC servo fixed length, high-speed
flying shear, conveying table, double overlap And so on.
Some thin plates such as copper, aluminum, and tantalum steel may
be embossed by stopping the cutting, and the shearing speed is
difficult to reach the speed of 60m/min or more, and the Dingbo’s
machine is equipped with a 60m/min speed flying shear
configuration. The user's concerns, more importantly, are
applicable, reducing the unnecessary waste of users, and providing
high-efficiency precision high-speed flying shear cross-cutting
equipment for material manufacturers such as mass production and
large hardware accessories users.
