Brief Introduction of Small Vacuum Suspension Smelting Furnace
The small vacuum suspension smelting furnace makes full use of the
principle of electromagnetic induction, adopts magnetic levitation
IGBT power supply, and cooperates with self-developed water-cooled
copper crucible, which is specially used for smelting and purifying
high melting point refractory metals and active metals.
Detailed Specification of Small Vacuum Suspension Smelting Furnace
The small vacuum suspension melting furnace is used to melt metal
materials under vacuum conditions or protective atmosphere
conditions. Electromagnetic force is used to semi-suspend the
charge, and the molten pool is kept in non-contact with the
crucible wall, so that the charge is not polluted by the crucible
material. Effectively used for smelting active metals, high melting
point metals and their alloys, equipped with a vacuum pump system.
In order to have a pure atmosphere or a vacuum environment in the
retort, after the oxygen content is reduced as much as possible,
the inert gas is introduced into the vacuum environment, and the
melting process starts.

Features of Vacuum Suspension Smelting Furnace:
1. Vacuum magnetic levitation smelting, no contact between material
and crucible smelting, clean and pollution-free.
2. The smelting temperature is high, the temperature can reach 2500
or above, and it is specially used for the smelting and
purification of high melting point refractory metals and active
metals.
3. Adopt magnetic levitation IGBT power supply, cooperate with
self-developed water-cooled copper crucible, the levitation effect
is good.
4. The two-stage molecular pump control system has a high vacuum
degree, which can reach 5.0*10-5pa.
