Elastic Polyurethane Material Highway Roller Barrier
Introduction
Roller Barrier is a fixture that prevent drivers and passengers
from fatal accidents by not only absorbing shock energy but also
converting shock energy into rotational energy.It is designed to
effectively absorb shock and lead vehicle to the road direction to
prevent large accidents.
The roller barrier is composed of columns, rotating cylinder,
u-beam and connecting parts. All steel components are treated with
hot-dip galvanized anti-rust treatment.The vertical column is
separated by 1m or 0.7m, and two rotating cylinders are installed
on each vertical column. This rotating cylinder takes EVA as the
main material, and 17 auxiliary materials such as PE and related
chemical additives are added.Continuous working temperature is
between 60 ° and 70 °.

Working Principle
1.Roller absorbs initial collision shock, which converts to
rotational energy
2.Front rails absorb second shock

4.Metal pipe inserted between the rails to strengthen the post
5.Frictional rotating stopper boards installed to the top and
bottom of the rollers act as clutch plates to decrease speed
