1. Q:Are you manufacturer?

Our company established in 2015 year, is a professional manufacturer engaged in the research, development, production, sale and service

2. Q: How long does the whole procedure being worked out?

A:If you need a small number, we generally have sufficient inventory.If you need a huge amount,after you place a order,the production handling time is about 8-15 days. We need 3 days to prepare all the stuff then 5-12 days for manufacturing.

3. Q:Why does pos system not work properly in extreme temperatures?

You can check whether the LVDS line connect correctly or not.

4. Q:What’s the condition of your product?
A: We provide the NEW POS only, if necessary, we will provide the accessories of all of the pos,quantity should be enough

5. Q: Who will pay the postage of the returns?
