With good appearance, stable performance, high filling speed and filling accuracy, this machine have won a variety of customers at home and abroad.
This machine main body frame and foodstuff contact part adopts food grade stainless steel. The design will meet the GMP/FDA requirements. This machine can meet 80-100cups/min. And we also have lower speed machine models (SKP-1, SKP-1N) and bigger capacity machine models (SKP-4, SKP-6) for your options.

Main Features:

• This double /Two Lanes automatic coffee capsules filling sealing packing machine is compatible for Nespresso, K-cup, Lavazza, Modo Mio, Dolce Gusto, etc.
• This filling and sealing machine can be used for not only coffee capsules, but also something in liquid /paste /cream /granule type product, such as Ketchup, hot chocolate, mayonnaise, butter, fruit juice, mineral water, bee honey, facial gel, oatmeal, sauce, flavor, etc....
• This machine is applied with vertical type or horizontal type capsule/cup feeding method. The cup capsuel seperating device that driven by servo motor will rotate or pick up and place the empty capsules into the modules one by one automatically. The operator just need to place the empty capsules cups stack into the capsule feeding chamber or feeding conveyor.
• With Omron eyesensor to detect the capsules. If there's no capsules/cups inside the modules, the latter filling sealing station will not take action.
• With optional UV lamp to sterilize the empty capsules and anti-static device for better filling effect because there will be static when the fresh powder flow through the SUS filling spout.
• With Schneider Servo auger filling system, the filling accuracy will be better ±0.15g.
• With mixing device to flat the powder level and level sensor to pump the powder automatically inside the transparent hopper.
• With tamping station to clean the capsule cup rim and suck off the overflow powder for a better sealing effect.
• With optional flavor liquid adding pump and weight checking station for better quality and aromo fresh coffee.
• The cover can be pre-cut aluminum lid or rolled film(aluminum, paper, PP, etc). The sealing station will be a little bit different design. You are supposed to confirm this with us.
• With servo motor driven discharge robot device to suck the capsule or cup out of the modules and place them onto the extra optional 1.8m exterior conveyor.
• All the electric components are applied with world famous brand, such as Schneider, Omron, Siemens, SMC, etc.
