Fedar AL193 Sublimation Fabric Printing Machine
Our sublimation printer is used to make textile products, such as
blanket, polyester dress, plush toys and so on. It prints
on sublimation papers first, then heat transfer the pattern to the
fabric you want. Automatic printing and dye sublimation
ink make the pattern colors bright, strong and fantastic.

AL193 Sublimation Fabric Printer Feature
* High Precision Printhead:
Adopt Epson I3200-A1 printhead with 3200 nozzles,which improve the
speed of printing greatly.
* Intelligent Ink Starving Alarm:
Reduces the tediousness of frequently checking the remaining amount
of ink, and at the same time reminds to add ink in time
to ensure the continuity of printing work.
* Advanced Capping Station:
Equipped with advanced intelligent auto printhead cleaning and
moisturizing device,which can pump ink well and keep the
ink flow fluently.
* Intelligent Foggy Printing & VSDT Printing:
Unique two-dimension intelligent foggy and wave-foggy function, and
VSDT variable droplet technology, improve printing
quality obviously.
* Stable Media Feeding and Take-up System:
Convenient and fast, the printing media is quickly stored, equipped
with automatic paper measurement and anti-rubbing
function,the consumables are warped, printing is automatically paused to
prevent scratching the printhead.
* Wide Application:
With help of heat transfer machine,printed images can be
transferred to many different non-elastic material, such as polyester,
chiffon, silk, and flag banner. No limit on the patterns makes it a
good choice in decoration, garment and advertising field.
Printhead Technology & Advantages
A.Printing width of EPS3200 head is 1.3 inch,about 30% wider than
DX5, 3200 nozzles(400*8lines),which has much higher
speed and resolution than Dx5.
B.EPS3200 printhead adopts TFP technology,with the smallest droplet
2.5PL,variable dots technology,can ensure perfect
and high resolution printing performance.
C.Low cost,each head is about 300-350USD,which helps client reduce
investment cost to get more benefit!
D.Compared with Epson 5113 heads,the ink column makes hoses
connection much easier and more simple,very
convenient maintenance.
Sublimation Fabric Printing Machine Detail
1.Capping Station:
Head maintenance can be done from printer directly without
connecting computer.
2.Ink Tank:
Four units of 3L super large capacity ink reservoirs provide ink
independently and continuously, which guarantees
the long-term continuity of ink output.
3.Carriage:
The height of the carriage can be adjusted, maximum height is 5 mm.
4.Pinch Roller:
The specially designed pinch roller can be lifted separately.
5.Ink Chain:
Imported Germany IGUS ink chain,high quality,to ensure the good
completion of printing work.
6.Guide Rail:
Using Japanese THK mute linear guide rail,the movement is more
stable and the life is longer.
